The Baja California desert is simply amazing. Discover exotic landscapes with unique flora and fauna. Due to an ocean current that favors the water temperature in Baja California, the impressive whales find excellent living conditions here and get very close to the coast. With a bit of luck, you will be able to observe these marine mammal species up close, especially the gray whale and the humpback whale in their natural habitat. Each species has its own behavior that you can observe with responsible observation practices

Excursion to Todos Santos, Los Cabos and San José
After breakfast, you will be picked up at the hotel reception to start your activity today. Your walk begins by visiting the magical town “Todos Santos”, where the “Hotel California” is located. You will visit the city center, the mission and a small museum. Here you can admire traditional crafts and modern painting.
The trip continues to Los Cabos, where you will take a boat along the “Playa del Amor” and “El Arco”. The latter marks the southernmost point of Baja California and is also the dividing point between the Pacific Ocean and the “Sea of Cortes”. After a light lunch, visit a tequila distillery. Later, free time to take a walk around the city, along the boardwalk overlooking the port of “Los Cabos”.
Finally, visit the Magical Town of San José del Cabo. San José is a charming colonial city: a mix of a quiet town and luxurious hotel resorts overlooking the sea. It is worth taking a walk through the historic center with its narrow streets where you will find crafts and souvenirs.
The day ends with the trip back to La Paz.

Lunch at a local restaurant in Puerto San Carlos. The day ends with your return to La Paz. Do not miss the beautiful sunset accompanied by a refreshing cocktail.
Outside of the whale season (April to December), instead of whale watching, a guided tour of the city of La Paz and a visit to Balandra and Tecolote beaches are offered.
