Amapa Tours - Photo Contest

For all of our customers who love photography, Amapa tours invites to a photo contest in which only tourists who have travelled with our tour operator can participate. In our programs we offer hikes and walks in the midst of untouched nature, which inspires you to keep each of the places visited in immortal memories. The prize for the best photo will be a "Mexikan Cuisine book" with a gastronomic history, regional recipes and information about restaurants across the country. Mexican cuisine is considered a crucial element of national identity due to its history, creativity, diversity and importance. As a result, it has been declared Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity by UNESCO since 2010.

Conditions

The destinations taking part in this competition are only Copper Canyon or Baja California.
The images you wish to submit for the competition must be from trips you have taken with Amapa Tours in the current year (2021) or in the past 5 years.
The theme of the competition is photos related to the nature of the places visited, which Amapa Tours has confirmed in its travel programs.
The photos must be original and unpublished and must not have been awarded in any other photo contest or competition. (Photos with retouching are excluded).

Annotations

By participating in the competition, the participant authorizes Amapa Tours GmbH to use the photos from the competition to carry out advertising measures on its
website, tourist magazines and all other media.
This approval relates to the entirety of the possible uses of the photos provided by the participants, with no time limit for the transfer or utilization, so that the approval is deemed to be granted for an unlimited period of time.
Amapa Tours is exempt from any liability for copyright claims.

Procedure

Participants will send the photo with which they want to participate by e-mail to [email protected]
When you send the photo, please describe in the email the location, date and name of the person who took the photo.
The winning result will be published on December 26, 2021 and the prize will be awarded.

Organizing Committee and Jury

The organizing committee consists of representatives of the management of Amapa Tours, registered in the commercial register of Düsseldorf, register 051111000 HRB74685.

The photos are also published on our Facebook portal https://www.facebook.com/AmapaTours so that users can see and rate them on our website.

This will help us make a better choice of the winning photo.
